Kerleys Special touch is a part of a Medicaid diaper program that provides incontinence products for kids unable to potty train.

Requirements:
- must be under the age of 21
- must have Medicaid or BCBS AllKids
- must be diagnosed properly by their doctor.
- must be unable to potty train
