National Wear Red Day is more than just a chance to add red to your outfit — it’s a great reminder to support women’s heart health and raise awareness about the leading cause of death among women: heart disease.

Held each February 6th National Wear Red Day is part of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement, which encourages women of all ages to take charge of their heart health. By wearing red, we’re helping spark important conversations about prevention, early detection, and healthier lifestyle choices that can make a lifesaving difference.
