~Ashiatsu: western style of massage applied to the body with clean, bare feet. Cream is used and bars overhead are used for balance and support. The DEEPEST MOST LUXURIOUS massage on the planet!
~Aromatherapy: adding DoTERRA CPTG essential oils to the massage to enhance relaxation through the senses.
~Trigger Point therapy: direct pressure to relieve knots and tight bands of muscle
~Hot Stone therapy: massage using hot lava stones
~Pre/postnatal massage: side-lying massage for mothers-to-be or mothers that just had a child. I only offer therapeutic massage & bodywork. Please do not contact me for anything other than that.
