Fun pickleball event - registration closes tomorrow! This event is supporting Free 2 Teach by collecting school supply donations. Some good options are boxes of crayons, scissors, pencils (wood and mechanical), science goggles, glue sticks, paper, calculators, and notebooks. Any donation will earn you 10 bonus points added to your game points.

Huntsville Pickleball Club has partnered with the Huntsville Parks and Recreation Department at Challenger Gym to offer beginner training and drill/skill sessions on Aug 4th and 5th from 6-8 pm. Everyone is welcome!

It is recommended that people signing up for the Beginner Training attend both sessions. In order to provide drill/skill opportunities for as many people as possible, we are asking that you sign up for only one session. Beginner training sign up will be done using the Civic Rec Link at https://secure.rec.com/AL/huntsville-al/catalog.

Want to learn the basics of Pickleball or level up your pickleball game?
Pickleball 101 and 102 classes are now enrolling.

Pickleball 101 covers the fundamental shots, rules, and flow of the pickleball game.

Pickleball 102 is the next step in our series — perfect for players who have been playing for about 6 months to a year. If you know how to score and have a basic handle on serves, volleys, and drives, this clinic is for you! In Pickleball 102, you’ll sharpen your shot mechanics and learn about shot intent, court coverage, and strategy to play smarter and more confidently.

Thursdays from 5-6(101) 6–7(102) PM or Sundays from 2-3(101) 3–4(102) PM
Cost: $95 (you do not need to be a club member to sign up!)

The Pickleball on the Moon committee will hold a check presentation photo op at Back Forty Brewery this Wednesday, June 4th, at 5:00 pm. Everyone who participated/volunteered/sponsored/donated etc. is welcome to join us! For those players who did not pick up their t-shirts and swag bags, we will have them available for pick up until about 6 pm.
