Happy (almost) Autumn, kids! 🍂 Did you know that the change of seasons is the BEST time to do a little detox? Expectant moms, nursing moms this might look like just avoiding added sugar for a week. For other parents it could look like fasting 3-5 days eating just one normal meal and two small meals.
Eating as many organic veggies, some organic fruits, high quality meat (free range organic pastured chicken and grass fed *and* finished organic beef) and fish (wild caught). A small amount of soaked and sprouted organic nuts is okay but best if you can take a break from these for just a few days too because they can be harder to digest.
Think of it as cleaning house for your wonderful body :)
