First time? You can book online 7 days a week, with 13 sessions a day. We start early at 6am and run late, with the last session at 9pm—built for early risers and night owls alike.
Each session is 75 minutes, giving you time to change and settle in. Most guests enjoy 3–4 sauna cycles, using the 15-minute wall timer—our sweet spot—followed by cooling off on the patio.
Pro tip: the first round warms you up… the real work happens in rounds 2, 3, and 4.
