Sat Nam Dear Divine Souls,
“Emotions are Energy-in-Motion. Where your Attention Goes – that’s where Energy Flows and Manifestation follows.”
I am sure you have heard it before, and this is just a gentle reminder to keep that in mind.
Please be very aware and vigilant about where your attention flows to.
It is very important especially at these challenging times.

This Weekend we experienced the Solar Eclipse, the New Moon, The Autumn Equinox, and extraordinary planetary alignment that has not occurred in this configuration for 25 thousand years!!!
It is all happening now, so if you feel the pressure, the intensity, or perhaps you cannot sleep or think straight or you are more emotional or agitated than ever….that might be the reason.
The best way to change and release our emotions and re-direct our attention is LAUGHTER.
Even if you think there is nothing to laugh about, but if you start laughing - the energy changes, gets lighter and more expanded…
It removes stagnation, removes blocks and brings release and joy.
At that moment we attract different Energy and more opportunities open up, things shift and perhaps unbearable situation changes
into kinder and more companionate outcome.

For two decades, we’ve welcomed our community into a space of healing, transformation, and connection, guided by the timeless wisdom of Kundalini Yoga. Our mission has always been to support mind, body, and spirit through yoga, meditation, breathwork, chanting, nourishing meals, and an inspiring natural environment.

From daily classes, offered in-person and online, to weekend retreats and sensory deprivation floats, live gong sessions, fire circles, intuitive dance, and Raindrop Technique® therapy, we’ve created experiences to help you thrive. We invite you to join our next deep dive Kundalini Yoga weekend:
MODULE #4: August 22, 23 & 24

The YOGIC BODY & PHYSICAL BODY – The Body never lies.

Mantra: I AM, I AM Meditation – Remembering what we forgot, our Greatness, our Creativity, our Limitlessness.
Breath: Holding the Breath In & Holding the Breath Out

This 3-day Deep Dive dwells on this simple knowledge that we are “Spiritual Beings, temporarily in a Physical Bodies”. We will learn and explore both, our Yogic Body and will study the Western Anatomy. This Modules Mantra Meditation is giving us this experience of being. Both the Finite and the Infinite all at once. The first I AM is the personal and finite sense of self, and the second I AM emphases the AM which is the impersonal, transcendent, Infinite Self. The mind often forgets that relationship between the Finite and Infinite, but as Yogis we cultivate this relationship through Spiritual Practices (Sadhana) and also, habits and Yogic Life style. Topics will include: Western Anatomy, Yogic Anatomy, Ayurveda 101, Basic Chinese Medicine, Yogic Lifestyles and more.

This is part of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program, but you are welcome to join any module individually for your own personal growth, even if you are not taking part in the overall certification training.

🕉 Dive Deeper into Kundalini Yoga 🕉

Our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program began with its first weekend on May 24–26, 2025 — but it’s not too late to join us!

The program consists of six monthly training modules, each a 3-day weekend immersion running through the end of October. Every module has its own unique theme and focus, offering a powerful opportunity to dive deep into the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.

You don’t have to be enrolled in the full certification program to participate — each module is open to anyone ready to explore, expand, and awaken.

This is more than training — it’s a life-changing experience designed to help you thrive, not just survive.
