"I can’t be hypnotized."

My brothers and sisters in Christ, you already are. Through this very mechanism, the voice, opinions, and beliefs of others are suggestions you have accepted as fact.

Not because you wanted to, but because they came from someone you trusted or cared about, an authority figure, or the suggestion happened in a sensitive or vulnerable state.

Once the suggestion/voice is accepted by your deeper self, it creates a loop that replays, shaping your self-concept and creating your reality.

And yet, through tools like hypnosis and NLP, you can neutralize the effect of old programming, turning off the tape and find your "actual voice."

It’s not a mental weakness to take conscious control of a mechanism that is being used on you, whether you realize it or not.

If you would like a low cost- low stakes way of working on a significant life issue, whether it’s , anger, fear, negative emotions or self-sabotage you can join me October 18, for a 2 hour seminar.

Today I met Patricia Tate from Willow Grace Mystic Astrology. She gave a wonderful talk at the Theosophical Society covering basic astrology, the signs, houses, and even a little insight into the coming eclipse in February 2026.

Very neat to meet someone who’s YouTube videos I watch every week!

It’s National Meditation Day so I decided to head outside with my typically indoor practice.

Through the years, let’s just say, my meditation practice has been inconsistent at best.

I recently decided to fully commit to a daily practice. And while I’m not some supernatural enlightened being yet it has strengthened me and opened up a completely new channel of insight.

I find myself moving through life in a calmer and more receptive way. In a society built on going and doing it’s been the ultimate practice in being and allowing.

Which is waaayyyyy more challenging than it seems like it should be. So very worth the effort and commitment though. 🧘🏻‍♀️📿

Here are mine:

My happiest memory was watching my oldest child graduate high school Cum Laude, and sharing a concert experience of both our favorite bands!

My biggest challenge was having to close my office and put my hypnosis practice on hold. It felt like a failure at the time, but it ultimately lead to huge growth and a renewed sense of purpose and passion! Coming back better than ever and ready to serve in 2024 ✨

I learned I was so much more capable and stronger than I ever gave myself credit for.

I felt the best surrounded by my many new and old friends. They lift me up and inspire me daily. I could not ask for a better group of gorgeous souls to be my chosen family.

What went well for me, I found an incredible organization HCH Institute to continue my hypnotherapy education. I’m grateful for Holly, her many wonderful instructors, and the amazing women I have shared this transformative experience with!

Most grateful for my repaired relationship with my mom. I love her deeply and I’m glad we are in a place of accepting each other despite our differences.

My greatest milestone was completing the 20 mile Mammoth March and sharing that experience with my bestie Colleen.

I’m most proud of the way I never gave up this year despite the many challenges I faced. The determination and commitment I showed to myself this year will serve me well into the future.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, blessed and abundant new year 🔆

I've been in detox mode! It's always an invigorating experience to clear out not just physical clutter, but also digital and spiritual clutter. It's amazing how intertwined these aspects of our lives can be.

Throughout this process, one question has been echoing in my mind: "What part of me is holding onto this?" It's a powerful inquiry that forces us to confront the underlying reasons behind our attachment to certain things. More often than not, I discovered that fear and a sense of lack were at the root of it all.

The need to hold onto things can stem from a deep-seated fear that whatever we need won't be provided for us in the future. It's a lack of trust in the abundance of life. But here's the thing: letting go can be incredibly liberating. It's a way of releasing control over the uncontrollable aspects of life.

By decluttering, we create space for new experiences, opportunities, and relationships to enter our lives. It's like clearing out the cobwebs to let fresh air and sunlight in. We free ourselves from the burden of physical possessions, unnecessary digital clutter, and the weight of spiritual baggage.

Decluttering is not just about tidying up our physical spaces; it's a holistic journey towards finding peace and clarity within ourselves. It's about making room for what truly matters and aligning our lives with our values and aspirations.

So, if you've been feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I encourage you to join me on this decluttering journey. Start by asking yourself what part of you is holding onto things, and explore the emotions and beliefs underlying that attachment. Embrace the process of letting go and trust that whatever you need will be provided for you in ways you may not have imagined.

Remember, decluttering is not just about creating a clean and organized environment; it's about creating space for growth, joy, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. Let go of what no longer serves you and make room for the extraordinary to unfold. 🌿✨

What are your perceptions or expectations about hypnosis? Let’s clear the air by exploring some myths about hypnosis. I have never been hypnotized, I’m afraid I can’t be hypnotized. You actually probably spend a good portion of your day in a light trance state! When you are driving a familiar route in your car, riding the train looking out the window, taking a leisurely shower, watching a great movie, reading a book in which you are totally engrossed, all of these things and more are commonly experienced in an alpha brain-wave state, which is considered a light trance....
