Important Insurance Update

We have been made aware that some patients have received a letter stating that our office is no longer in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

At this time, we have no indication that this information is accurate. Our credentials were updated at the beginning of the year, and as far as we know, we remain in network with BCBS.

Dr. Shauna has reached out directly to Wellmark to clarify and resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

We appreciate your patience while we work through this matter.

Hey, Huron School District patients! 👋

We have caught a glitch in your insurance plans since the start of 2026. We are working with the school district to get the issue resolved.

We want you to know...

-Your copays are still $35
-Your visits on your EOB may say you owe $45, please disregard
-Dr. Shauna is still considered a P*P, not a specialist
-If you paid your copay at your visit, but still get a bill from us, please call us to let us know and we will get that taken care of for you
-We have to resend all claims so please be patient with us as resolve this issue
