When Sara first arrived, her family wasn’t sure what the future would hold. Today—nearly two years later—she’s thriving. From bingo and church to exercise classes and even a Dollar Store trip, her days are filled with purpose, joy, and community. At 98 (soon to be 99!), she says she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Please join us in honoring Laurie for an extraordinary 45 years of dedication to Avantara Huron.
