I am curating my first public Breathwork / Soundbath since moving here

This SUNDAY at The Well in West Asheville!

The theme is:

"Awakening Your Primordial Power Through Breathwork & Sound"

Yes, it's short notice, more details are to come today. I believe 6:30-8:30pm is the proposed time. I will post the event here & send out invitations when I have the exact time locked in & confirmed. Price is a sliding scale of $20-$40 donation or give what you feel called!

🤩 THIS IS MY FIRST PUBLIC EVENT IN ASHEVILLE!!!

I'm nervous & excited at the same time. 😍 It's time to put myself out there & offer this space for people to really dive deep & break free from the illusions we create for ourselves.

I curated the journey for what I'm going through at this moment, > because that's when energies are potent < & WE ARE NEVER ALONE in the life events we are facing. This is my way of calling in others to break through this moment together we RISE!

I have been a transformational breathwork facilitator for a little over a year now - I've facilitated about 30 journeys for individuals & groups, until now I haven't had the honor of holding my own event in this town - granted I've only been here a few months!

This place feels like home, my friends feel like I've known them for lifetimes. It is my desire to stay here, I know I belong here & with all the uncertainty happening that's trying to take me off course I've realized that instead of letting fear make me small...

NOW is the time to RE-MEMBER who we are!

WELCOME TO SOLSTICE WEEK ☀️ JUNE 2024

Dear friends, as we move closer to the June 20-21 Solstice (Summer in the Northern hemisphere and Winter in the Southern), our whole being begins its search for renewal. The summer Solstice tends to assist us in the process of liberation and rebirth, while the Winter solstice tends to guide us more inwards into inner liberation and introspection.

Regardless of where you are, this is an intense time of change, of finding your authentic Self. Sometimes we think that transformation means changing who we are, but in most cases it means discarding aspects and masks that were created along our journey.

May you use this energetic momentum to discover the beautiful Light that resides within you. And to let it shine without boundaries and fears.

As we slowly begin the merge with the Solstice, you may feel your body literally shifting gears. Some of you may feel more lethargic as you continue purging and clearing old stuff, and others may feel invigorated with the new reality manifesting around you. Or both! Depending on which aspect of your life is being upgraded/adjusted. Ear ringing is one of the symptoms of these energetic adjustments. New incoming information and light codes are making their way into your energetic fields and this takes time and patience. You can work with the “physical integrity activation” as well as the “daily cellular regeneration” in the perennial section of the 3D to 5D Library to assist with the coupling of the new solstice light codes with your physical self.
