Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to handle reception and scheduling duties. Medical office experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet visitors.
• Verify and update patient information, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Friendly, personable attitude.
Work Hours & Compensation
• Monday to Friday, hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Wage based on qualifications; benefits discussed at interview.

*National Nurses Week is celebrated from May 6th to the 12th, the 12th being Florence Nightingale's (1820-1910) Birthday and she is considered to be the founder of modern nursing. Nurses Week is a time to celebrate all types and kinds of nurses, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and medical assistants (MAs).
