We love using SoftWave Therapy in our office. Here are some FAQ that might help give you a better understanding of what SoftWave can do!

𝟏. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲?
SoftWave Therapy is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses patented acoustic wave technology to activate the body’s natural healing processes. It helps reduce pain, address inflammation, and promote tissue regeneration.

𝟐.𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲?
SoftWave Therapy is suitable for a wide range of patients, including those with chronic pain, athletes recovering from injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, podiatric needs, or anyone seeking an alternative to surgery or medications. Talk to your provider to determine if it’s right for you.

𝟑. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬?
SoftWave Therapy has minimal side effects. Some patients may experience slight redness or mild tenderness in the treated area, which typically resolves within a few hours.

𝟒. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞?
A typical session lasts between 5-10 minutes, depending on the area being treated and the condition.

𝟓. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬?
SoftWave Therapy is unique because it penetrates wide and deep into the tissue and works at a cellular level, promoting true healing rather than just masking symptoms. It’s non-invasive, evidence-based, and effective for a wide range of conditions.

Sleep isn’t just downtime — it’s when your body actively repairs itself. During deep sleep, muscles and tissues recover from daily stress, the spine decompresses so discs can rehydrate, the brain clears out waste to improve focus and memory, and the immune system strengthens to help fight off illness.

Most adults need 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night, but it’s not just about time in bed. Fragmented or shallow sleep doesn’t offer the same healing benefits.

There’s also a strong connection between sleep and chiropractic care. Quality rest supports healing, while chiropractic adjustments may help reduce pain and tension, calm the nervous system, and improve mobility—making it easier to get comfortable and stay asleep. Healthy sleep isn’t a luxury; it’s essential for energy, recovery, and long-term spinal wellness.

What an INCREDIBLE difference!
This patient presented with neck, back and hip pain. Many people assume scoliosis isn’t reversible without surgery but this is evidence that it is! Not only is the scoliosis reversible, but so is the pain it causes!

FULL REVIEW ⤵️

"I can’t recommend this office enough. Dr. Brandon and his staff are all fantastic! I started coming to Ideal Chiropractic because of hip pain, but little did I know, I had way more going on in my skeletal system than I could imagine. After completing my initial care plan, I questioned why I waited so long to do something to stop living in pain. This office isn’t about “cracking” your back and sending you on your way. They are here to investigate, educate, and get you a plan tailored specifically for you!"

Hello

Our mission at Ideal Chiropractic is to help our patients achieve and maintain ideal function throughout the body and central nervous system by removing interferences in the spine blocking communication between the brain and spinal cord with the rest of the body. We are committed to working together with each of our patients to remove these interferences and allow their body to function at maximum potential - exactly the way it was created.

We focus heavily on patient education - understanding how the interferences are impeding optimal health and explaining why our patients are experiencing pain and/or symptoms. Once interferences have been detected, we develop an individualized care plan to focus on removing those interferences. This ensures that every cell, tissue, muscle, and organ is able to successfully send and receive communications with the brain, empowering our patients to achieve their ideal health.

Traditional medical practice focuses on relieving symptoms through channels such as pain management, and prescription medication. At Ideal Chiropractic, we are committed to identifying the root cause of the problem through a discussion of the symptoms, case history, and full body examination. Once the problem has been identified, the use of chiropractic adjustments and spinal rehabilitation will be used to treat each case individually.
