Our fourth challenge: Practice intentional journaling!

Journaling is a great tool to organize your thoughts, process your emotions, and practice self-reflection. Look for prompts to practice gratitude, strength, and reflection journaling!

Why does it make a difference? Intentional journaling allows us to be completely honest with ourselves. This builds self-awareness and meaning. Studies show that journaling results in a 20-30% reduction in cortisol levels, creating a better balance in our brain chemical levels.

New exciting update 😁

I am back in the counseling world working towards my LPC at Community Counseling Services in Huron, SD 🎉 I have finished my first week and plan to start seeing clients again in December. CCS has been so kind and I'm so excited to be working with such a great team.

Thanks to all my amazing friends and family for supporting and encouraging me while I worked towards finding a new job and getting back to doing what I love. God has truly been with me and blessed me through this process. Commuting might be intimidating but because of you all I know i can handle it.❤️
