Last night, the Aspire to Inspire fam got together for our annual holiday party, and we had a BLAST! Our team genuinely enjoys each other’s company, which is truly a blessing. 🥹

We shared a meal (potluck-style; everyone brought one of their holiday faves), celebrated each other’s achievements, voted on the top 3 ugliest sweaters, played games, and shared a lot of laughs! We missed those who were unable to make it, but any time that any of us can spend together is a joy. ☺️

Being a therapist can be a tough, emotionally-taxing job, but having amazing colleagues really does make a difference!

From all of us, we wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a wonderful New Year! 🎄🕎❄️🎁🎆

Happy Wednesday! Just a quick note that we’ll be wrapping up the Community Food Drive *this Friday, 12/19* and then doing final drop-offs either over the weekend or early next week. Aspire to Inspire and Code 3 Health and Fitness want to thank all of our partner organizations - 7 other amazing local small businesses - and, of course, everyone who donated! We know times are tough for many, and we have to stick together. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, y’all!

If this is your favorite season and you’re loving life, that’s wonderful! ❤️💚

But if this time of year brings up sadness, fear, or anxiety, just know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to pretend. It’s even okay if you’re not sure how you feel - seemingly competing emotions can exist at the same time.

This year, give yourself permission to “try different.” You don’t have to keep doing the same things and hoping for a different outcome; instead, you might slow down, set boundaries around existing traditions, or even start a new tradition with those you care about. And remember… you don’t have to go broke showing people you care. In the true spirit of the season, it’s the thought that counts. 🎁
