More drop-offs will be happening this week! We have loads of donations from Crescent Counseling Group, Code 3 Health and Fitness, and Aspire to Inspire (both locations)!

Although some of the immediate crisis has ended, a lot of folks are likely still recovering financially. And… we’re in the season of giving, so we - like many others here in WV - will continue doing what we can to give back to our community! 🫶

We continue to thank all of our partner organizations (complete list in the infographic below) and for all who have donated so far! 🩵

Oof... we have got some 'splaining to do! With everything that has been going on (for everyone, collectively) over the past 6 weeks, we have fallen behind on our birthday wishes. 🫣

Please join us in wishing very Happy Belated Birthdays to therapist Amy (9/28), therapist Crista (10/10), Lead Clinician Terina (10/22), and clinical intern Katelyn (11/12)! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

We could all use a little more kindness, both from each other and from ourselves. With today being , let’s all pledge to doing *at least* one thing that benefits another living being. It doesn’t have to be big and dramatic. It doesn’t have to cost money. It doesn’t even have to take a lot of time.

And here’s a little secret: Acts of kindness certainly help others, but they can contribute to your own well-being, too! 😌

Worried about slippery road conditions but don’t want to miss out on your therapy session? Just a friendly reminder that all our clinicians offer telehealth as an option on our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, which is accessible by computer, smart phone, or tablet! 📱💻

Stay safe (and warm!) out there ☺️

Resilience doesn’t always look “strong” or “tough.” Sometimes it looks like curling up in a ball because that’s what your nervous system needs in that moment. Sometimes it looks like giving yourself space (and permission!) to cry. Sometimes it just looks like surviving rather than thriving. Regardless of what it looks like for you, you’re not alone, and it will get easier. 🩵
