⭐️ Here’s an Update on our Little Rock Star – Madelynn Schultz! ⭐️

Madelynn has been shining bright around our Milton clinic and throughout the Generations PT family. She is the granddaughter of Julie, our amazing PTA at Milton.

Madelynn was born with CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia), a rare condition where the diaphragm doesn’t form properly, allowing abdominal organs to move into the chest and making it difficult for the lungs to develop. Despite these challenges, she continues to crush each milestone with incredible strength and determination. 💪💖

🏹 Dr. Gibson’s vacation is off to a great start — bow hunting in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia! 🌲🍂

💪🏼 Continuing Education. Advanced Care. Exceptional Results. 💙

This month, Noelle Adams and Matt Burke, both Credentialed MDT Therapists (two of very few in the Wheeling area!), completed advanced refresher courses in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).

🧠 Noelle focused on Part D: Cervical & Thoracic Spine and Upper Extremities, while Matt Burke refreshed Part C: Lumbar Spine and Lower Extremities.

So, what does it mean to be Credentialed in MDT?
It means completing extensive post-graduate training and a credentialing exam in this specialized method of assessment and treatment — a classification-based approach that uses patient-performed movements (called “directional preference”) to identify pain syndromes and develop personalized, self-management strategies.

At Generations Physical Therapy, we’re proud to offer these advanced, evidence-based services to help our patients move better, feel better, and live stronger. 🙌🏼
