New Program Format!!! Since most athletes have some sort of spring season, we are going to focus the sports performance class (Grade 6-12) on In-Season athletes this spring. We are going to keep the weights moving fast and focus on mobility and recovery! Just 45 minutes once a week to keep working toward your goals and becoming a better athlete!
