We have over 20 years of audiological experience, from hearing evaluations to customized hearing products and fittings; you can trust our expert team for all you audiological needs. During your initial visit, our professional staff will perform a hearing evaluation, to assess your needs. We will also provide personalized counseling and point you in the right direction when it comes to choosing your hearing aids.

📢 Holiday Hours Update! 📢

Our office will be closing at 3pm on Wednesday, Nov. 26 and remain closed through Friday, Nov. 28 for Thanksgiving. We will reopen on Monday, Dec. 1 at regular hours.

As a reminder, we do take lunch from 12-1:30 and our phones roll directly to our voicemail during this time.

Mid-Valley Hearing Center is a privately-owned and operated audiology clinic that first opened its doors in 2011.

Our team includes two licensed audiologists and two skilled office staff members, all committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered hearing care. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm and from 1:30pm-5pm. Outside of these hours we accept voicemails and will return your call the following business day. Pre-scheduled appointments are preferred, but same-day appointments are sometimes available, depending on the service needed.

We proudly offer a range of in-house services including comprehensive hearing evaluation, cerumen management, tympanometry, OAE screening, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, and hearing aid maintenance and repairs. Mid-Valley Hearing Center is in-network with all major insurance providers. We also accept United Healthcare Hearing/EPIC third-party insurance benefits for hearing aids.

📢 Important Notice Regarding Incoming Calls from Frontier Landlines 📢

We have recently been made aware of an issue affecting calls made to us from Frontier-serviced landline phones. These calls are being incorrectly forwarded to an unknown number and voicemail that we do not have access to. As a result, we are not receiving the calls or any notification that an attempt was made.

We have spoken with both our phone service provider and Frontier. Both companies have advised that this issue can only be resolved by Frontier customers contacting Frontier directly and requesting that they unblock and/or stop forwarding our number.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In the meantime, we recommend that Frontier customers call us from a cell phone to ensure your calls reach us properly.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance as we work through this matter. At this time, we believe Frontier is the only service provider experiencing this issue.
