The shoulder is one of the most unique joints in the body. It has the greatest range of motion, but the least stability—making it prone to injuries. If you're dealing with a shoulder injury, physical therapy can help relieve pain and stiffness while restoring movement and strength.

Why Is My Shoulder Clicking?
Ever notice your shoulder click or pop when you move it?
Occasional clicking in the shoulder is common and often harmless.
It can be caused by tendons moving over bone or small air bubbles in the joint. But when the clicking is paired with pain, weakness, or stiffness, it may point to an underlying issue such as:
Rotator cuff irritation
Labrum tears
Impingement
Joint instability
That’s when it’s time to get checked.
Our therapists can evaluate movement patterns, pinpoint the cause, and guide you with strengthening and mobility work to reduce irritation and protect the joint.
Don’t ignore it!
Your body’s clicks may be sending you a signal.
