Vestibular migraines are more than “just headaches.” They may cause dizziness or vertigo, balance changes, sensitivity to motion, and visual sensitivity or disturbances — sometimes with or without head pain.

How physical therapy may help:
Our physical therapists can address the movement and sensory challenges that often accompany vestibular migraines. Care may include:
• Balance and stability training
• Gaze stability and controlled head-movement exercises
• Postural and movement retraining
• Pacing and daily-activity strategies to reduce symptom provocation

Why this matters:
When symptoms feel unpredictable, it is easy to start avoiding movement and losing confidence. Supportive, movement-based care may help improve steadiness and confidence with everyday tasks. Call our team today!

Sunday night usually involves more "procrastination lounging" than "ergonomic recovery." If you’re heading into the work week feeling a bit stiff, it’s time to treat your Monday like a PT session.

The "Micro-Break" Rule: Your best posture is your next posture. Set a timer for every 45 minutes to stand, shrug your shoulders, and reset.

The Desktop Stretch: If you’re desk-bound, try a seated chin tuck or thoracic extensions over the back of your chair.

The Bottom Line: You wouldn’t start a workout without warming up, so don't jump into a 40-hour week without checking in with your body first.

When the weather breaks, people start gardening, walking the dog for longer stretches, or finally tackle that garage clean-out. Those are all "sneaky" workouts that can catch the body off guard.

We love the enthusiasm, but your joints might need a minute to catch up. If that "nice walk" turned into a "sore knee," don't wait for it to get worse, call us today!

We’ve got a massive win in the clinic today! After putting in the work to rehab his shoulder and back, Jacob is officially graduating from therapy.

It wasn’t long ago that overhead movements at the gym were strictly off-limits and the ski slopes felt like a distant memory.

The Results:
Back in the Mountains: He’s officially returned to skiing with confidence.

Gym Gains: Overhead activities and lifts are back in his routine—pain-free.

Resilience: Moving with more power and less hesitation than ever before.

Helping patients get back to the sports and hobbies they love is exactly why we do what we do. Join us in celebrating this incredible comeback!

This Valentine’s Day, skip the chocolates (don't skip, use as motivation). Get together and try a few simple partner movements that support coordination, balance, and control, and make space to move, loosen up, and laugh along the way.

- Partner Squats
Stand facing each other, hold hands, and squat together. Encourages lower-body strength, timing, and upright control.

- 2. Seated Back-to-Back Twist
Sit back-to-back on the floor and gently rotate in opposite directions. A simple way to introduce spinal movement without overthinking it.

- 3. Partner Balance Challenge
Stand side-by-side and try single-leg balance while lightly holding hands.

These movements reflect how we load, stabilize, and adapt during everyday activities. Whether you are moving with a partner or on your own, a physical therapist can help support movement that fits your body and your life.

For those living with Parkinson's Disease, movements can often feel smaller and voices quieter over time.

Our certified physical therapists use evidence-based programs to help patients "re-train" their brains to:

Move BIGGER: Improve balance, stride length, and trunk rotation.
Speak LOUDER: Increase vocal volume and clarity through intensive exercise.
Live BETTER: Regain independence in daily activities like dressing or walking.

Move with confidence. Speak with conviction. Call our team today.

Did you wake up feeling like you were the one who got tackled?

The Super Bowl lasted 4 hours, but that stiff lower back could last all week if you aren't careful. Sitting in a soft recliner or slumping on the sofa causes your lumbar spine to lose its natural curve. If your daily routine today involves sharp pain, radiating numbness, or a dull ache that won't quit, it's time to give our team a call!

It's Superbowl Sunday and the only "unnecessary roughness" this weekend should be on the field—not in your neck and back! If you’re planning a 5-hour marathon on the couch today, remember to:

Swap seats during commercials to avoid "Couch Lock."

Do some ankle pumps during halftime.

Hydrate.

Don't forget the 4th quarter stretch- your standing backbends.

Does every staircase feel like a mountain? If you're doing the "one-step-at-a-time" shuffle or dreading getting out of your car, count on us. Knee pain isn't just a physical ache; it is the frustration of missing out on your morning walk, your sport, or playing with your grandkids.

You don't have to "just live with it." Our team will target the root cause - whether it's hip stability, ankle mobility, or quad strength - to get you back to 100%.
