This May, we’re proud to celebrate Terry Brown and his 16 years of dedication to our building! As our Maintenance Supervisor, Terry plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Terry’s passion for his work started early, he grew up helping his uncles and family members work on cars and fix things around the house. What began as a hobby turned into a career, something he says he never expected but truly enjoys. To this day, he still loves tinkering at home, working on cars, and going to car shows whenever he gets the chance.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren, who keep him just as busy as the job does.
One piece of advice from his uncle has always stuck with him: “You will pay for what you don’t know.” It’s a mindset that’s helped guide his work and commitment to always learning.
Thank you, Terry, for your 16 years of hard work and dedication, we appreciate everything you do!💚

Cathy hosted her monthly Dash N Dine and it was a record-breaking turnout with 46 amazing guests! 🙌 The energy, connections, and conversations made it such a special event. Huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the night unforgettable—you are what makes this community so strong. 💛

Our Director of Business Development, Cathy, recently attended a networking event where the conversations went a little deeper, the laughter came a little easier, and the connections felt a lot more meaningful. We shared stories, broke bread 🍽️, and truly got to know one another on a personal level—because relationships are what it’s all about.
