Put your earphones on, lay down, close your eyes and treat yourself to the planetary gong bath meditation that was my closing for class today.....30 minutes......this is a guided sound meditation that is your heart's torus journey through the solar system using Acutonics planetary sounds that are based on the orbital distance of each planet and connecting with the torus field of each planet through sound and it's archetypical action. Earphones override your device's extraneous sound cancellation system so the gongs will vibrate nicely for you.

Tonight is the solstice. This is when you will have the longest hours of sunlight. I decided to use all that sun to recharge some crystals. I like them to touch the earth while they are charging since that was their home. I’m leaving them outside for the 24 hours as solstice is 9:42 PM Central time.
