Story: 🛍️ Out in the Community!

A small group of residents enjoyed a fun and purposeful outing to the local at The ET Cetra Shop with our Life Enrichment Coordinator, Natalia. Community experiences like this support and are encouraging independence, choice, and the use of lifelong skills that align with their personal interests and values in their lives. 🌿🌺

Activity: Hair Salon
Story: “Pouring into what matters most—one moment at a time.” Louise got to spend some one on one time with our Life Enrichment Coordinator Allie. Louise likes to spend quiet time in her room but wanted to socialize this morning. We took full advantage and gave her a fresh hair do. She was very happy to get to spend that time together!

Our residents had an absolute blast celebrating Christmas! 🎅✨
We loved welcoming visitors and spreading all the holiday cheer. A huge thank you to Santa (Andy Prebble) for stopping by and delivering smiles and Christmas magic!! 💚🎄❤️

A special shoutout to Barb and Birch for bringing the puppy cuddles—because nothing says Christmas joy like wagging tails and lots of snuggles 🐾❤️. And to Taylor, whose Christmas singing had everyone laughing, smiling, and maybe even singing along (whether they were on key or not 😉🎶).

With snacks, games, gifts, and plenty of laughs, the day was full of joy. We wrapped it all up by getting cozy and watching a Christmas movie together 🎁🍿

So many sweet moments and memories made—this is what the season is all about! 🎄✨

“Christmas is about being together, where love feels like home.”
We had the most wonderful time at our Christmas resident party this afternoon. The laughs and smiles make this season so magical! A huge thank you to Silver Bells for the amazing gifts, our kitchen staff for the wonderful treats and our floor staff for all the help today. It truly is a team effort and makes all of the planning so worth it! We had some pretty great Christmas bingo winners and Edwin was the winner of Guess How Many Snowballs!
We hope you all have the most wonderful holiday season with a lot of love, joy, & family time! ❤️🤍💚

Activity: Jewelry Making

Story: We had a group of ladies that were sitting in our lobby after lunch. We had an activity planned but it turned out no one was wanting to participate. But these four beautiful ladies took it upon themselves to invite eachother and made beautiful pearl bracelets!
They socialized and found out they knew each other families, and what they did for a living. They also found out that bracelet making is hard work when working with tiny pearls!! They had LOTS OF LAUGHS and a great time getting to know eachother!

No eyes were harmed, no lamps were broken… and yes, someone definitely asked for a Red Ryder BB gun 😆
