Let's give it up for our incredible therapy team!👏 They work tirelessly to support our skilled rehab patients in their journey home and also maintain the mobility of our long-term care residents. A huge thank you for your dedication and hard work!❤️

To conclude our week of celebration, residents and staff enjoyed a delicious cookout!🍔 We had tasty hamburgers and hotdogs, followed by refreshing ice cream sandwiches for dessert! 🌭🍦

🎉Thursday we celebrated our amazing nursing team! Nurses, CMAs, and CNAs were given a special token of our gratitude. We deeply value their hard work and dedication to our patients and residents every day! Their compassion and heart makes our center feel like home!❤️

Also, everyone enjoyed a yummy ice cream sundae treat 🍦 dished up by Renee, our Administrator.😊

Wednesday was a blast as everyone indulged in a dirty soda bar! The delightful beverages were courtesy of Alisha with Gentiva Hospice and Hope with Specialized Home Care. 🙌Residents, patients, and all team members expressed their sincere gratitude for the refreshing and tasty treats they provided during the day's celebration. 🥳

Huge congratulations to Jen, our amazing RNAC/MDS coordinator! 👏 Yesterday was MDS coordinator day, and to top it off, Jen earned her 🏆Certificate of Completion from Diversicare's 1st Advanced Practice Nurse Assessment Coordinator class. 🎉 She was one of only eight participants selected from all Diversicare Centers! We're so proud of her dedication. 💙

It was an absolute delight to welcome students from Midtown USD 308 to our Center for Salthawk Service Day! 💙💛 The students had the wonderful opportunity to interact with our residents and dedicated team members. They gained valuable insights into the world of long-term care and discovered what truly makes it a unique and special place. 😊
