Good morning Huskies fans. It is Game day once again. Tonight the Huskies face off against the Brownton Bruins Baseball. Game time is set for 7:30p. Today’s game sponsors are Cash Wise and MoveWell Chiropractic + Wellness- Hutchinson, MN Just prior to the game, we are hosting Books and Baseball. This event is a partnership between the United Way of McLeod County and the Hutchinson Huskies. This year we have invited the Brownton Bruins players and kids to participate with the Huskies players and kids. We are looking forward to having the players start reading at 6:15pm and the kids run the bases after reading has completed. Gates will be opening at 6pm for parents and kids to start arriving. Families will be granted free admission to the game and kids will receive a free book provided by the United Way of McLeod County, as well as a hot dog and bottle of water. Again, there was no winner from Sunday’s Pick-A-Base, so today’s prize is valued at $60 in gift cards to Target. We will also be having hamburgers from Benny's Meat Market tonight. As a reminder, this year we are accepting card payments at Admissions, Concessions and Apparel. PLAY BALL!

Are you ready to HOP into spring? Join us and Waconia Brewing Company for the 8t Annual Hoppy 5K on May 7th! The race starts outside of Waconia Brewing at 11:00am. Every Runner will receive a free beverage with the purchase of a race ticket. We are proud to serve the Hutchinson community!

NRG is all about networking and making meaningful connections. One thing our group focuses on is also educating our members in regards to each of our respective roles to better help pass referrals. Think of it as having a new sales force!

Recently, we had NRG member Dr. Brad Hauer discuss the start of Move Well Chiropractic in Waconia, opening up the Hutchinson location, and the services that he and Dr. Alex McHugh provide for their clients.

About the Doctors:

Dr. Brad was born and raised right here in Hutchinson, MN. After attending college at Northwestern Health Sciences University he became a chiropractor and has been practicing for the past six years. He and his wife Jennifer have one son, Beckam and another on the way!

Dr. Alex attended Gustavus Adolphus College where he met his wife Sam and later attended Northwestern Health Sciences. He has a passion for servicing fellow athletes who have sustained injuries or want to maintain their health.

The doctors at Move Well work hard to help their clients with conditions such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo, carpal tunnel, sciatica, ear infections, acid reflux, as well as many other simple and complex health concerns. They have experience with spinal manipulation, progressive rehabilitation, and manual muscle therapies such as MRT and cupping.

What the crack?

A spinal adjustment is a quick movement of a joint that releases captured nitrogen bubbles resulting in the sound of a “crack.”

Well what does it do?
Great question. Adjustments have been shown to act on the neuromuscular connection causing a decrease in pain and an increase in neurological input to the surrounding areas. These benefits are usually short lived, which is why it is important to pair your treatment with exercise and muscle therapy. Although adjustments might feel good it is important to build strength and stability so that you can movewell, live well, and be well.
