Pricing Update Coming This Fall 🍁

This October marks two years since I opened my doors and began serving the most wonderful, supportive clients. I’m incredibly grateful to do the work I love and to share such meaningful, healing moments with each of you.

Making this my life’s work has been one of the greatest gifts. I’ve poured myself into it—through continued learning, hands-on experience, and a deepening understanding of the body, the nervous system, and the sacredness of safe, intentional touch.

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to make a change that I’ve been slowly growing into:

Beginning October 1st, 2025, my session rates will increase by $20, and I will no longer accept tips.

This choice wasn’t made lightly—it’s one I’ve sat with for a long time. My hope is that this change brings more clarity, ease, and honesty to the exchange. No more tipping at the end, no mental math—just a simple, transparent rate that reflects the full value of your time on the table.

As a friendly reminder, I’ve always included tools like cupping, hot towels, aromatherapy, magnesium cream, and deep tissue work in my sessions at no extra charge. That won’t change—these supportive elements are simply part of the care I love to offer, not add-ons or upgrades.

If you’re a member of Prairie Health & Wellness, you’ll still receive 10% off all sessions.

Hey there! So it’s been awhile since I’ve shown up here! 🫣

As some of you may know, I’ve spent the last year and a half planning my wedding (who knew that’s kind of a full time job?!). Now that it has come and gone - and I’m officially a wife (!!!) - I’m feeling excited to get back into the swing of things, reconnect, and share my work again!

Surprise! Sarga Bodywork sessions are live a few days early! 👣

As a Certified Sarga Bodywork Practitioner® l have been trained and certified in the safe and effective application of Sarga Bodywork's proprietary barefoot myofascial massage methodology and am qualified to provide this method as a professional service. I utilize a length of fabric fastened to a massage table to aid in delivering therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques with my bare feet. This length of fabric is used for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to manual therapy methods which aim to facilitate deep relaxation and less restriction in recipients’ bodies.

Myofascial bodywork focuses on fascia, which can be visualized as white fibrous tissue encapsulating red muscle tissue. Fascia is a connective tissue that plays a crucial role in the body's structure and function. It is also highly innervated, meaning it has a direct influence on the nervous system.

By utilizing techniques that specifically target fascia, our goal is to have a significant impact on the nervous system. This approach can be particularly effective in stimulating a parasympathetic response, which is the rest-and-digest state of the body that facilitates a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

As I approach the one-year mark of Massage | Bodywork with Leah, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all my past, current, and future clients for trusting me with your well-being. It’s an honor to provide a safe, sacred space for healing and to help you feel good in your body.

Over this past year, I’ve discovered my gift in slow, intentional bodywork. Deep, therapeutic touch has become my specialty, and I’m excited to soon introduce Sarga Bodywork to my practice.
