- Please book ahead to ensure that you will get the day/time you need for bodywork.

- Longer sessions (75 ,90, or 120 min) are harder to book last minute.

- I will always post new availability as it becomes open, but they are filling before I can even do that most days.

- Feel free to reach out to me and I will try my best to see if I can fit you in.

- Send me your dates/times for desired appointments further out on the calendar and I can book them for you!
