At our July meeting, Karen Ediger, a semi-retired nurse, will present our program. She will discuss foot care with us. Karen has been Lois Wooten's nurse. Lois will share her own story. This will undoubtedly lead to interesting questions and conversation!

We are privileged to have Darrell Peterson, a retired pastor from Hutchinson, talk to us at our June meeting. Undoubtedly, he will have much to share. He may even discuss some of the work that he has done with youth. This will certainly be an engaging and absorbing meeting!

We are privileged to have Tom Faulkner, chaplain at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, will be the speaker at our March meeting. He will share what he does and what is on his heart. This will be informative and interesting as we gain more insight into the life of a chaplain.

We are privileged to have Dr. Moots, DO, be the presenter at our October meeting. She will focus on polio issues, including nutritional needs. Dr. Moots has practiced medicine in Kingman, KS. for many years, sometimes being the only physician in town. She and Dr. Fan have a working relationship. She has attended a number of our meetings, and we welcome her as our speaker!

October is polio awareness month. Please wear your polio survivor buttons.
