We always look forward to Healthcare Career Quest Day, and this year was no exception!

It was a pleasure to welcome Reno County 6th grade students into Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and be part of such a meaningful experience.

From exploring different departments to meeting the people behind the care, the day was filled with curiosity, discovery, and connection. Opportunities like this help students see the many paths available in healthcare right here in our community and begin to imagine what their future could hold.

We are proud to share that the Hutchinson Regional Medical Foundation has been awarded a $7,500 grant from the Hutchinson Community Foundation to support the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Training program. This program helps train responders to aid in crisis intervention, mitigating stress and trauma for our caregivers and first responders. To date, 36 individuals, including HRHS staff and local first responders, have been trained. Thank you for supporting this important initiative that enhances well-being, resilience, and leadership in our community.

Hutchinson Community Foundation awarded Fund for Reno County grants totaling $196,151 to 26 nonprofit organizations in its first impact cycle this spring.
