Just a reminder of our FREE sports physicals today!

Still needing to get sports physicals out of the way? 🏀🏈⚾️🏐

Join us July 16th from 10-3PM when we will be hosting an afternoon of FREE sports physicals for students in middle or high school.

Some info to know before:
- This will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Students being dropped off or coming on their own MUST have the paperwork with a guardian signature filled out ahead of time.
- Paperwork can be filled out ahead of time by visitinghttps://www.kshsaa.org/public/pdf/form-ppe.pdf
- The physicals will be taking place in Pediatrics.

PrairieStar Health Center is excited to welcome, Dr. Miranda Smith, our newest FM/OB provider.

Dr. Smith completed a Family Medicine (FM) residency and fellowship in Obstetrics (OB) and will be providing comprehensive primary care for all ages, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

She will begin seeing patients on Oct. 27th, call (620) 663-8484 now to schedule an appointment with Dr. Smith!
