Hello everyone.......if this past year has taught me anything it's to be present/aware of my body's capabilities and let go of trying to control everything, on my time.
Previously I had planned to re-open and continue providing massage/spa services but the reality for me is that I just can't.
Last Fall I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that is severely debilitating at times. Walking and using my hands have too often become difficult.
That being said, Relax And Restore is permanently closing. This has not been an easy decision to make, AT ALL....in fact, it has been like mourning the death of a loved one.
I want to thank all of you for helping me fulfill my dream of creating a relaxing & beautiful space where I could share my knowledge and skills. Helping people feel better and witnessing the body's amazing ability to heal has always been my favorite part of being a Massage Therapist.

As of May 1, 2023..Relax & Restore LLC will be permanently closed. 😞

Due to a recent health diagnosis and complications, Relax and Restore will temporarily be closed. 😭😭 Not an easy decision to make AT ALL.
I am hoping to be healthy enough to re-open in October.
If you have any questions, please feel free to text me or message me here and I will respond as I am able.
I thank you guys for your support and to the beautiful souls who have checked in on me and/or sent inspiring reminders that I too must heal myself before I can truly help others.

A great local fundraiser 🐈🐈‍⬛

We are having a 10th anniversary celebration and fundraiser!
Please come if you can on August 13 to Caturday Night Fever! We will have raffle and silent auction items, a beverage garden, and a DJ so we can have an Alley Cat Dance!
