A few months ago, our Ecumen Oaks residents had the great idea to host an evening pizza party — and it’s been such a hit that it’s become a monthly tradition! With help from our Life Enrichment team to order the pizzas, residents take the lead on planning and hosting the event themselves. 🙌

Our residents spent the afternoon baking up delicious snickerdoodle cookies — the whole community smelled amazing! There’s nothing like warm cookies, good company, and shared laughter to make the day a little brighter

Our residents had a spooktacular time handing out treats and trinkets to more than 100 little trick-or-treaters!

A perfect fall outing: feeding apples to the deer and enjoying the peaceful sanctuary, followed by a stop at Below Zero for one of our favorite treats. Smiles all around!

We brought a little bit of Bavaria to our dining room! Brats and kraut, a frosty beer, and a festive photo booth made our Oktoberfest celebration one to remember. Prost to good food, fun, and friendship!

We printed some ordinary vintage-style artwork from the internet… and then gave it a spooky twist! With a few ghostly additions, our residents turned simple prints into haunted Halloween masterpieces.

Our amazing Clinical Director, Lindy, led a heartwarming ceramic painting class for both residents and team members — and it was a beautiful blend of creativity, connection, and laughter!

Everyone had a chance to explore their artistic side through hands-on expression, and the joy in the room was contagious.

Thank you, Lindy, for sharing your talent and bringing so much light to our community. Your leadership continues to inspire and uplift us all!

National Assisted Living Week is taking off—literally!

The Oaks & Pines Team Members are soaring into celebration with our hot air balloon-themed journey across the U.S.!

Monday: We launched with a Northeastern Adventure led by our amazing Executive Director, Kelsey O. Since the area is known for its lavendar farms, Naomi and Dani stopped by to make some lavendar sachets.

Tuesday: Melanie accompanied residents on hot air balloon rides over the southeastern states where Southern Charm filled the air. Congratulations to Carrie S. for winning our Southern States Trivia Contest! 🏆

Stay tuned as we continue our journey through different regions with fun, learning, and lots of team spirit!
