If you are feeling angry, scared, on edge, heartbroken, or powerless right now, this might be the place for you. Spending time in community and actively choosing an activity to help regulate your nervous system is a kind step you can take to take care of yourself this week.
The studio will be softly lit and warmed for you to experience a Guided Breath (pranayama) and Meditation (dhyana) practice enhanced with sound!
This class begins with a grounding and centering pranayama practice that leads into guided meditation.
The meditation practice flows into sound bath, an immersion in calming resonant sound, using quartz crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and deep gong sound. The sound bath offers the opportunity to further quiet the mind.
Join us during this season of rest for a unique experience of breath, meditation, and soothing sound.
