Behind every successful endeavor lies the dedication and passion of our staff members, and this month, we are proud to shine a spotlight on Tammy Moses, Accounting Specialist, our Employee of the Month.

Tammy has been a vital part of the TECH team for the past three years, serving as an Accounting Specialist. Behind the scenes, Tammy ensures that both employees and consumers are paid accurately and on time. A role that fills her with pride and a deep sense of purpose. “When they receive their paychecks, I feel a sense of pride knowing I helped make a difference in their lives and put smiles on their faces,” she shares.

A group from TECH had the chance to step into the spotlight during a behind-the-scenes tour of Eagle Media’s radio station! From testing out the mics to learning how the magic of radio happens, it was a fun and inspiring look into the world of broadcasting.

At TECH, creativity knows no limits.

Meet Andy, a talented and determined artist who is visually impaired. With a bit of innovation and a lot of heart, Andy creates beautiful paintings using tactile outlines made of glue. These raised lines guide his brushstrokes and help him feel where to place each color.

Andy’s work reminds us that art isn’t about seeing. It’s about feeling, expressing, and connecting. His creativity is a powerful example of how adaptive techniques can open doors to independence and self-worth.
