Learned a lot of wonderful myofascial release (MFR) techniques last weekend - all things rib cage, neck, back and arms. Intrigued by the structural changes in my body after. (Chiropractor appointment is scheduled - it takes a village!)

Spent a little time enjoying the St. Paul architecture and of course, had to take a Utah classmate out for a juicy lucy.

I currently am taking new clients for MFR in Dassel and can blend myofascial release into a custom therapeutic session. Call, text, email or DM to get on the books.

Summer is busy for everyone with fun things planned, but I invite you to get on my schedule if you've been needing a little time away for self-care.

Here are some openings over the next 4 weeks:

Dassel: I have availability July 8th at 3 PM, and July 17th is flexible.

Lamb Shoppe: July 9th & July 16th, I have noon - 4 pm appointments open.

I have a bodywork studio space in Dassel and at The Lamb Shoppe. Whether you're looking for relaxation or have tension from stressors or long-time patterns you're holding in your tissues, my goal is to meet you where you're at. I'll pull from various modalities to fit your specific needs, and I'll work at leaving you better then I found you. And, I'll definitely try send you home with a cup of coffee or tea. 😄

It looks jungle-ish, but... it's Bloomington, MN. 🙂

I took an advanced pregnancy holistic abdominal therapy class earlier this month with a lovely group in the metro through Embodied Traditions. Much of the technique actually originates from the jungle, from the Maya people.

While I'm also learning a separate, full-body pregnancy massage, this one was focused on mama-to-be and her ligaments, pelvis, low-back and sacrum. It's perfect for pregnancy aches and pains. I have a cushion system for face-down work through at least the second trimester.

I'm now booking abdominal massage appointments (pregnant or not!) online, through DM or phone/text!
