I took a cupping class in Oklahoma City last weekend! It was so good to be in a classroom again and acquire a new skill.
I've already started using cups in the treatment room this week, and the initial feedback has been positive.
Cupping isn't safe for everyone depending on their medical conditions.
If you want to try it, be sure to come to your massage very well hydrated, and we can discuss whether it is a good option for you.
