On Monday, we all had a great time at our St. Patty’s Day party! Our meal was corned beef & potatoes, friend cabbage, roasted green beans and soda bread. So good! And our Community Life Coordinator, Dannale (who hails from Texas), loved being able to call it “soda bread” without being corrected to call it “pop!”

Last week, we celebrated National Floral Design Day! It is celebrated annually on February 28th to honor the artistry, creativity, and history of floral design. Established in 1995 to recognize floral pioneer Carl Rittner, the day celebrates flowers as a unique art form using color, texture, and structure. It highlights the skill of professional florists and encourages DIY arrangements. Everyone had a great time, and loved the beautiful addition they could bring back to their room!
