Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome… this explains why I’m often tuckered out by the end of the day at work.

My coworker put her two week notice in this past Friday. I’m really not looking forward to my immune system crashing due to burnout. I’m definitely going to need regular Reiki sessions to keep me on my feet. 🙏😇

Full Term Pregnancy dream

I had another one of those early morning lucid dreams where I was moments away from giving birth. I could feel the baby rolling around inside me. Kicking to be freed from the womb. I was in a very uncomfortable state of being. It was one of those dreams where I could feel my misery.

My husband and children kept checking on me to see if I needed to head to the hospital. Feeling my belly as the baby turned and twisted inside me. As I moved around the house I kept telling myself to wait for my water to break. “I’m not ready to give birth yet”, I kept lying to myself. I could feel the baby positioning itself, ready to crown at any moment. Then I woke up.

I’m ready to give birth to a new career path. I can see myself in this dream not only as the expectant mother, but also as the baby within my womb stretching, kicking, rolling and fighting to be freed from a womb that has left me feeling trapped for 11 years now. I’m more than ready to start a new career path, a new chapter, a new challenge. I just need to stop holding back, push through my self induced barrier and crown.

This dream has given me serious food for thought today as I clean my friend’s salon. Her salon is one place I go to once a month not only to clean in exchange for haircuts and color, but also to clear my mind and think about my problems, while solving them.

I have several options in the works. I know the right one will pan out. I’m grateful and thankful my work sister has encouraged me to take off my blinders and “Just do it!” You know who you are. 😎

What a great way to start the weekend! Reiki student #5 just finished her last class of Becky’s School of Reiki! Congratulations Janeen! You are a legend! It has been so much fun watching you grow as a practitioner! I’m looking forward to seeing what Reiki will do for you from this point on!
