Yesterday, I spent the late afternoon in a private yoga session with Kathryn Webber!! It was so beautiful! (I borrowed her picture!) We were in her yard, in the sticky humidity and it was so beautiful!! Nature is healing!

She gave me this sweet little gift and I was so touched! Thank you, Katie, for trusting me to help you!

We’ve been at it again!!

I love teaching yoga!! But what I love most is my tribe!! We try to do an outing as often as we can! This time we hit the streets of Martinsville, IL!

We did some fun shopping at Changing Hands Resale Shoppe and lunch at The North Place Martinsville!

I was so impressed with Changing Hands and if you are looking for a formal, they have some beautiful ones!! (A few are “modeled” here!!) The sausage soup was fabulous!! You can’t find a better meal at a better price anywhere!!

Are you craving change and connection?! So was I!! One day Nicole Woodard text me and asked what I was doing for my mental health… and so it began!

Last April I joined Nicole for the Happiness Cycle.. since the first round, I joined for the year!! I didn’t want to miss out!!

From the Happiness Cycle, my life has changed drastically!! I leaned to reset my nervous system! Find my way to my goals through knowing my human design and core values…

I used to be anxious all the time… I took medicine every day and another medicine as needed.. since the Happiness Cylce, I stopped the meds! I now have tools! I can calm it down in so many ways!!
