I am sending this letter to inform you that I have closed down my practice at home effectively immediately. I am now taking on as a care taker for my mother and have a family member move in. Please if you have any questions or referrels of who to go to, send me an email, I will be happy to give suggestions. I hope to be able to re-open in the future.
