Cape Cod Healthcare’s Summer Student Helper Program is officially accepting applications! This highly sought-after, paid opportunity allows high school students to gain real-world experience in a healthcare setting while supporting departments in non-clinical roles.

🗓 Important Dates:
📌 January 12–30, 2026 – Online applications are open
📌 February 2, 2026 – Candidates with completed applications will be contacted to schedule interviews
📌 February 16, 2026 – Interviews take place

✅ To be considered for an interview, students must submit:
• Completed online application - which includes a Resume, References & Letter of Recommendation

The CCHC Recruitment Team has been out and about this fall — from Cape Cod Community College to Falmouth High, Mass Maritime, and more — meeting students and sharing what makes Cape Cod Healthcare such an amazing place to build a career!

Welcome to the Team!

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our 2025 RN Residency & Transition Program nurses, who officially started on July 21st at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospitals!

This talented group of nurses are already hard at work learning the ropes, gaining hands-on experience, and preparing to provide the compassionate, high-quality care CCHC patients receive and deserve.

We’re so excited to watch them grow and thrive in their new roles—and even more excited that they’ve chosen to start their acute care nursing journey right here with us.

This week, we’re excited to welcome our final group, totaling 28 amazing Summer Student Helpers, to the Cape Cod Healthcare team! You’ll spot them throughout our hospitals and practices—supporting Med Surg, the ED, ICU, OR, Food Services, Housekeeping, Rehab, Sterile Processing, Pharmacy, and our Primary Care offices.

From helping patients get where they need to go to stocking supplies, running errands, and spreading kindness in every hallway, these students are here to learn and grow while making a real difference as they decide which healthcare path their future may hold.

Let’s show them some love as they dive into a summer of Caring. Commitment. Community.

Congratulations to Muskan and Tallulah on their graduation from Bourne High School!

We had the absolute pleasure of attending their Senior Showcase on May 29, 2025 — and we couldn't be prouder of all they've accomplished during their co-op positions with us this past year at our MACC P*P and OB/GYN office.

Muskan, under the guidance of Nancy, and Tallulah, supported by Diane and Deb, brought enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong work ethic to our teams. Watching them grow has been truly inspiring.

We’re excited to see where their journeys take them next and look forward to watching them continue to grow with Cape Cod Healthcare in the future.
