Lately I’ve been realizing how much peace comes from simply not forcing anything.

Not forcing connections.
Not forcing conversations.
Not forcing myself to stay in places that no longer feel aligned.
Not forcing old versions of me to still fit.

Just softening… trusting… letting things unfold.

And maybe this is why last night’s dream hit me so deeply..
being pulled out into the ocean by a wave, scared at first…
and then suddenly surrounded by whales.
Humpbacks breaching in the distance, then slowly approaching, gently nudging me back toward shore.
Not rescuing me, guiding me home.
Showing me that I don’t have to fight the tide.
That I will always be carried where I’m meant to go.

Maybe the things we fear aren’t pulling us under…
maybe they’re redirecting us.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share some exciting updates about new services I will be offering within my energy work/healing practice. For those of you who don’t know, I am a licensed therapist, psychic medium and reiki master who believes in integrating psychology and spirituality for holistic healing. I’ve been guided to dedicate more of my time and energy to my healing practice & to open my home in Yarmouth Port to private and group spirit and reiki healing sessions! I will now be offering monthly FREE mini spirit channeling sessions on a first come basis to 2 individuals. This would be a chance to connect with a loved one in spirit, ancestor, or spirit guide and receive a mini personalized message about an area of your life that may need healing. November is a transitional month. The leaves begin to turn brown and the trees become bare. The color in nature begins to fade, and the days get more short and cold. November signals the beginning of the holidays, and can be a painful time for those who have lost loved ones or for those who had a challenging childhood. For me, November is a month of gratitude; for friends, family, faith, and good health. Everyday this month, I challenge you to start your day with naming 5 things you are grateful for.
