We are heartbroken to share that Eli Winslow, one of our favorite members, passed away this weekend. Eli was a regular at our Yin yoga classes, and his sweet, kind energy always brightened our day. He loved the outdoors and was always up for an adventure.

To honor Eli's memory, let's come together for a Yin Yoga class and circle share on Tuesday, October 22nd, at 6:45 PM. We'll share stories and memories and support each other.

Get ready to rock and roll with Moira, the powerhouse of POWER Yoga, in an exclusive session on Thursday, August 8th. Brace yourself for an electrifying Hot Flow Level 2 experience, where you'll turbocharge your vinyasa game with added power and a supercharged flow. This class is all about HEAT (96 degrees or higher), activity, and expanding your limits. Ensure you've got a solid three months of Hot Flow before diving into this fiery adventure!
Moira (RYT-200, CPT, CES, and Spin and Barre Instructor) has a background in yoga, dance, personal training, and corrective exercise. She has always loved studying human movement and the connection between mind, body, breath, and spirit. In her class, expect a healthy dose of core work, strength-building, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Her flows are an energetic, upbeat, rhythmic dance of breath and movement. She will challenge you to break through self-perceived limitations while honoring your body. Her mantra is “Do You!”
Moira’s practice includes meditation, breathwork, thematic readings, and yoga philosophy. Her greatest source of joy is her connection with her yoga community.

We ride RealRyder bikes, a stationary bike like no other, moving from side to side, mimicing a real bike ride. We are a community of people lifting each other up, and all are welcome.
