My 40th birthday is Sunday 🎂 and I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately.
Honestly, I have a feeling this is going to be my best decade yet.
The first stage of my wellness journey was surviving — fighting for years to be diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, almost giving up and buying a wheelchair before the first of multiple corrective surgeries.
Every time I walk across a parking lot now I feel incredibly blessed, and I finally get to focus on healing my body.
Opening Cape Cod Red Light Therapy has been one of the most meaningful things I’ve done, and I’m so grateful for the community that supports it.
Over the past two years I’ve been blessed to work with so many incredible people here on Cape Cod who are looking for natural ways to support recovery, pain relief, and strength.
For my 40th birthday weekend I wanted to do something a little fun.

Most people have heard of red light therapy because their local esthetician has brought it in as an add-on for facials.
So a lot of people assume it’s the same thing — just a skin treatment.
But the type of red and near-infrared light used in full-body panels is also used to support things like inflammation, muscle recovery, and circulation.
