San Diego still lingers in my heart – a trip that unfolded far beyond what I expected. What began as a training turned into new friendships, laughter, and discoveries that stretched my spirit in surprising ways. I wish I had gathered a photo of the whole group – such genuine people – but a few snapshots will have to hold the memory: the mountain, the sunset, and the magic that woke through it all. There was even a moment on the mountain with the dog named Akura, who simply walked up, kissed me, and left – as if seeling the experience with love. These days reminded me that when we follow where our heart leads, new gifts with us begin to speak. Feeling grateful, inspired, and ready to breathe this light forward.💫

In an online class I recently held, I spoke of the sun's way, and then correlated it with the sun we carry within ourselves, as we all have a light inside us.

I made mention that the sun never stops shining, even when there are clouds in front of it, or whatever may be. It does not fight the dark clouds; it works its way through the darkness until its light shines out.

Much like ourselves, we all have darker paths within us that we need not fight, so our light can shine through. 💛

I put out into the universe that I wanted this car a year or so ago. What I can tell you is, be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it!

There’s an amazing story behind this that has come to light, and I hope to someday share. But truly, we need to create the abundance within our mind and body before we can magnetize all else.

I had a hard time getting into the theme of relaxing when I needed it the most, until I walked out on my deck to this big golden moon, and its reflection in the water was stunning. This video does it no justice, but the message I felt was. “ What we see on the surface mirrors what’s within. “

The still water becomes a mirror only when it’s calm; it can clearly reflect the moon. The next morning, I allowed myself to stay present and be still, and had this beautiful dragonfly land on me that matched my pajamas.

Nature has a whole lot to teach us. Take a moment to just BE, even if just for a few minutes. It can make a world of difference! 💛

Sedona vortex galore! 💛

Talk about getting charged up, the energy within these red rocks are felt by all that dare to climb up them, smooth with no grip, navigating your way around ledges until I felt it. We only had one more ledge to climb, and my friend, Diana, was barking at me like a chicken because I said we didn’t have to go up there and she thought I was scared, which I kinda was lol but I said "No, it’s right here".

We don’t have to go any further, she said, "Ok, let me take your picture," which is the one with the ray of light coming down. We spent a long time up there, for me it was the best part of our trip, spending time with an interesting indigenous man who grew up in the Grand Canyon’s literally, zip lining over bears and lions, and God knows what else.

Breathwork and getting some powerful crystals were great too, and just as we’re driving back to the airport, I had a major breakthrough and let go of something I needed to. So freeing! 💛

I also looked like a crazy person jumping around in an airport.
