Women over 40 — has this been happening to you?

You’re eating the same.
Working out the same.
Living the same.

But suddenly…

• your weight is a rollercoaster
• you wake up exhausted
• you can’t sleep through the night
• you feel anxious for no reason
• your joints ache
• your brain feels foggy
• your patience is shorter than it used to be

And when you bring it up to a doctor you might hear:

“Your labs look normal.”
“You’re just stressed.”
“That’s just part of getting older.”

But what many women are actually experiencing is perimenopause, the hormonal transition that can begin several years before menopause and affect nearly every system in the body.

Metabolism.
Sleep.
Mood.
Brain function.
Energy.

The problem is that menopause care has historically been under-researched and under-taught in medicine, leaving millions of women feeling confused or dismissed.
