Our Story
Drs. Bankhead and Groipen DDS PC is a general dentist office with two locations in Boston. Our Hyde Park and West Roxbury locations are only ten minutes apart, and both locations are handicap accessible. We have five general dentists who work full time, as well as a periodontist (gum specialist) who works three days a week with us. Because we have nine hygienists, we are able to schedule dental cleanings six days a week, offering appointments at 5:00 pm or later on four of those days. A wide variety of procedures are performed in the office. Procedures range from fillings and dental implants, to extractions (even for impacted wisdom teeth), one hour in-office whitening, short-term orthodontics (InvisAlign, 6 Month Smile) and same-day CEREC crowns. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for those of you who may need a little help relaxing in the chair. New patients, seniors, and children are more than welcome!
