Welcome to Hyden Health & Rehabilitation Center, located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. We provide our residents with physician and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health & Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our caring, dedicated staff is available around the clock, to provide the necessary services your loved ones require. If you have a family member who needs more assistance than can safely be provided at home, we hope that you will come to Hyden Health & Rehabilitation Center, "where everyone feels like family."
