𝗜𝗱𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗲 – 𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵

The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease program helps individuals with arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions reduce pain, build strength and balance, and stay active.

This evidence-based, six-week walking program includes health education, stretching, strengthening, and motivational support. Choose from three flexible formats:
✅ Self-guided
✅ In-person group
✅ Self-directed group

Each session includes a short discussion, warm-up, walk, and cool-down. If you can walk for 10 minutes, you can participate—assistive devices welcome!

A local in-person session begins Monday, September 8th at Golden Horizons Assisted Living, led by Arthritis Foundation-trained leaders.
