Had a great time at Heritage Days this weekend!
We rolled through with a boat and trailer package, and our wonderful employees and their children handed out candy and promo swag to everyone along the route.

Milacron Training Complete
Our team recently completed 48 hours of Processing I & II training, focusing on molding, materials, and quality.

This investment in our people helps us refine our processes and deliver better products to our customers.

We enjoyed having local 5th graders tour our factory and learn about how we design, build, and test our products. Students checked out different areas of our facility and got a glimpse of the teamwork and innovation that goes into what we do every day.

Congratulations on Your Retirement, Darrell!

After years of dedicated work in Special Projects, Darrell is officially retiring from Midwest Industries. With his Midwest projects behind him, he now has time to focus on a new to-do list a little closer to home. Whether it’s tinkering in the garage, relaxing with a good cup of coffee, or heading out to fish, we hope retirement brings plenty of joy and well-deserved downtime.

Join our team and take pride in keeping our grounds beautiful and well-maintained! We’re looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to help with mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain lawns and landscaping at the manufacturing facility, Lake LaJune, hangar, chalet, and Lake LaJune Estates
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging and general cleanup
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with clearing snow and ice from parking lots, storage lots, driveways, and walkways during winter months
• Report early during snow events to ensure safe and accessible grounds
