Our CDL exams (for self-referred drivers) continue to be pro bono (for qualifying individuals). The following is a link to our most recently updated compliance statement (with 39 ISC 77). Free clinics in Idaho register with the Department of Health & Welfare (IDHW), to whom we submitted this compliance statement. IFEHC, PLLC is compliant. Everyone's cooperation with the IDHW's rules (as stipulated in statute) is a non-negotiable condition for pro bono service.
